Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established. —Proverbs 16:3

The new year is in full swing and while I can’t say I’m 100% prepared, I’m excited about the things I can control.

While I’ve spent the last three weeks thinking about my goals, I’ve also decluttered, purged, and donated a ton of things that no longer serve me and it feels so good!

From my personal email inbox to the laundry room to the pantry and kitchen, I’m happy to say I’m making room for the good things in my life.

That said, I wanted to share some of my intentions/goals for 2023!

PERSONAL INTENTIONS

My personal intentions are mostly faith-based. And my absolute top goal is to grow my relationship with Christ. My goal is to do deeper studies of the Bible. I’ll be studying through plans, devotionals, and listening to podcasts/sermons to gain various perspectives.

With the kinds of chaos going on in the world, the only way for me to be at peace is to be close to God. My worries and anxiety are non-existent the more I spend time with Him.

Finance-wise, my goal is to pay off as much debt as possible. Because of this, you won’t be seeing me share a lot of new purchases.

Some other intentions of mine are to stay as organized as possible. To keep this intention, my plan is to be consistent in staying organized after I purge by putting small systems in place.

HEALTH GOALS

My overall goal for my wellness is to be consistent in going to the gym and eating healthy 80-90% of the time. I don’t want to go past 90% because I still want to have a good balance.

Mindset-wise, with every fiber of my being, I will read as many books as possible. I prefer personal development books. However, if I need a break, I’ll switch to some action-packed fiction. I’ve actually already finished reading my first book of the year and am almost done with the second one!

BUSINESS INTENTIONS

For business, my intentions are to also stay consistent in creating content and sharing it. If I miss a day, I don’t want to miss more than three days max.

I’m also going to get better by sharing videos/reels and my face more on Instagram stories. Because I have a day job, it’s difficult to do this, so I plan on doing it mostly on weekends for the time being.

I’m also taking some steps in the spring/early summer that I’ll keep private for now. To be honest, I’m nervous about these steps, but I’m also excited too! I can’t wait to see how I evolve and who I’ll become by year’s end!

If you don’t mind sharing, what are your intentions/goals for 2023?
