While I may not be a beauty or makeup influencer, I love trying out new products and testing the latest launches from beauty brands.

And if the packaging is beautiful, well, you can just consider me a makeup collector.

To own beautiful things is a luxury in life, but there’s just something about shooting beautiful products that just makes my creative heart oh-so happy.

In my day-to-day life, I’m a definitely creature of habit with both skincare and makeup use.

However, at times, I’ll come across products I “love at first try” and will abandon the products I’m currently using to test drive some new beauty items for a few months.

As we near the end of the season, I wanted to write a fun article and share my spring 2025 beauty favorites. Some you’ll recognize as they’re my go-to products and some won’t be new to you, but will be new-to-me so I hope you enjoy this post!

GO-TO MAKEUP

DIOR FOREVER SKIN PERFECT FACE FOUNDATION STICK

Guys, I rarely if ever wear foundation, but this one? This one is THE one if I’m looking for some coverage. It glides on smoothly, has lasting power, isn’t cakey nor does it feel heavy.

I’m afraid to admit I love this product because any time I’m in love with something, it gets discontinued so I’ll keep my mouth shut for this one, ha!

MERIT PERFECTING COMPLEXION STICK

This complexion stick has been my favorite for under eye concealer for the past year. It’s also my favorite formula. The shade I use is Dune. And I love it so much that I bought an extra one to keep in my other makeup bag that I have ready to grab for when I have an overnight stay somewhere.

If you love this formula, you can totally buy a darker shade to use as contour!

HOURGLASS SOFT GLOW FOUNDATION BRUSH

While this brush is old news to many girls out there, it’s new to me. Verdict?

It’s my most used makeup brush now! I use it for my under eye concealer the most and highly recommend it as one of my top spring 2025 beauty favorites.

PATRICK TA BLUSH IN ‘SHE GOES TO THE GYM’

Before I began using this product, I had been using this Chanel Les Beiges blush. And I must admit that while I love my Chanel beauty products, I’ve found myself using my Patrick Ta Blush more.

The powder formula is just beautiful! I use a light hand as it’s very pigmented. I haven’t used the cream part yet, so I’ll update this article when I do!

ELEVATE BEAUTY LIP GLOSS IN ‘CHERRY PIE’

I just knew this lip gloss would be my go-to for summer so I bought two tubes of it earlier this spring. Do I regret it? Not one iota!

It’s a clean formula, hydrating, smells amazing, and has lasting power compared to other glosses I’ve tried. Considering I’ve already used up more than half a tube, I’m pretty it’s a testament of how good this product is.

On the same note, I don’t think I will have enough for the summer. Oops, haha! ::adds two more glosses to cart::

GO-TO SKINCARE

SUMMER FRIDAYS RICH CUSHION CREAM

Let me tell you that if you want a moisturizing face cream that feels luxurious without the hefty La Mer price, this one is it! Marianna and Lauren definitely knew what they’re doing when they created this product.

For me, this face cream feels like a cherry on top after a long day. And it’s so good that I’m on my third jar. #CantStopWontStop

SUMMER FRIDAYS JET LAG MIDNIGHT RITUAL RETINOL RENEWAL SERUM

If you have skin discoloration, especially a dark spot left behind from a zit, this retinol is one you should really try.

After using this consistently, I can confirm this product works. I’m on my second bottle so that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

MEDIHEAL TONER PADS FOR UNEVEN SKIN TONE

I’m currently in the process of taking my skincare routine to another level. For the last few months, I’ve been using these toner pads on and off and they are great! The scent is subtle without being overpowering. Personally, I don’t feel any stinging when I use it so that’s a plus too.

I just put a pad on each cheek and one on my forehead (kind of like a face mask) and wait for it to dry a bit. After that, I just swipe the remaining product all over my face and neck and go to bed. I’ll update this article after I finish the entire tub!

SUMMER FRIDAYS JET LAG OVERNIGHT EYE SERUM

I started using this eye serum last spring and it’s good! It’s very hydrating and leaves a dewy, soft feel. It’s pricey for half an ounce of product, but a little goes a long way.

On a side note, I’m definitely eyeing their Lip Butter Balm in Pink Guava that just launched.

ST. TROPEZ BUFFING MITT

While I do not do self-tanner, this buffing mitt has been my holy grail for years.

I know many people don’t like it as it’s too rough. However, for me, it’s fantastic for sloughing off dead skin. It’s very effective as the key is to do it at the end of your shower when your skin is super soft.

HAIR CARE FAVORITES

CROWN AFFAIR HAIR TOWEL

I used Acquis hair towels in the past. While they were good at drying my thick hair, I felt like they didn’t stay well when I was doing things around the house. This hair towel though? It’s GOOD. So good, I’m tempted to buy a backup.

EMI JAY BIG EFFING CLIP

I absolutely loveee these hair clips!!! And I have Lauren to thank for introducing me to this brand as she sent me one last year. For someone who has thick hair, it does not budge! I got a second one in the buttercream color a few months ago and I have a feeling it’s going to be a slippery slope from here on out as it’s definitely one of my 2025 spring beauty favorites!
