Sephora Beauty Insider Haul
Happy Monday, friends! To kick off the week, I wanted to share my haul from the Sephora Beauty Insider Appreciation Event that happened a few weeks ago.
Obviously, as a Sephora addict, I still have a lot things sitting in my wishlist, but since I did a massive haul earlier this Spring and Summer, I ended up purchasing what I needed.
Most of my haul came from the hair and skincare category so I’m excited to try them. Let me know if you any of these products are your holy grails or if you love anything else from these brands!

MOUNT LAI
Gua Sha Facial Lifting Tool
My latest beauty tool is this beautiful heart-shaped rose quartz facial lifting tool. It comes in Xiyuan jade and rose quartz. The instructions say to sweep it from under the eye in an outward motion, but my favorite way to use it is to put it under my eye like a cucumber. It feels so nice and cold on my skin! The tool is very heavy in weight. If you’re looking for one yourself, it’s sold out, so put your email on the waiting list to get notified when it comes back in stock!

SUMMER FRIDAYS
Jet Lag Mask
Finally! I got my hands on this cult-favorite face mask during the Sephora Beauty Insider event and I’m in love! The packaging is beautiful that I didn’t want to squeeze the tube, haha! The amount needed is very small so one tube goes a long way even if you mask every night. The formula is feels cool on my face and moisturizes my skin. I can’t wait to put it in the fridge and get it extra cool! Marianna/Lauren, if y’all are reading this, I loveee it!

KARUNA
Age-Defying+ Hand Mask
I haven’t tried this hand mask yet, but thought it was worth a shot since my skin is so dry! I’m trying to work on smoothing out my hands and researched a ton. From moisturizing gloves to creams, I searched high and low for the best product at an affordable price. I came across these moisturizing gloves and with a lot of positive reviews, I decided to purchase a single pair for under $10. If I like it, I’ll buy the set of four. Review to come later!

OLAPLEX
No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo
As someone who has super thick, wavy, out-of-the-shower frizzy hair, I’m always looking to experiment with new hair products. I first heard about Olaplex from Lydia late last year, but only found that salons used them. When I saw that Sephora carried this brand, I decided to jump on it right away when the Sephora Beauty Insider event happened. I chose No. 4 over the No. 3 because my concern is more about frizziness. I’ve only used this once. So far, it’s helped a bit with the frizz and my hair is really shiny. I really want to use it for about a month first before I give you a thumbs up so stay tuned!

AQUIS
Lisse Luxe Long Hair Towel
Speaking of hair, I used to dry my hair with t-shirts, but considering they’re not absorbent, I started my research on the best towels for my kind of hair. I’ve used this hair towel twice and it really absorbs the moisture and has kept the frizz down. I’ll experiment with it for the next month and let you know how I really feel!

DRUNK ELEPHANT
T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial
This Sukari Babyfacial sample is from my beauty haul diaries earlier this year. With over 1,000 rave reviews, I decided it was time to open the sample and try it out. It stung my skin a little the first time I used it. The instructions say to use it about once a week so I’m going to stay with that routine awhile before I go twice a week. I’ll let you know what happens when I dive into this product again. My skin needs major TLC so I’m hoping this product stays in my skincare drawer! [/one_half_last]

TATCHA
Silken Pore Perfecting Sunscreen SPF35
This is the best face sunscreen I’ve used, y’all! All I need is about a dime size and it covers my face and neck. No oily residue and no white flashback either! It goes on nice and smooth and I honestly haven’t dreaded putting sunscreen on the daily because of this product. I love it so much that I’ll have a full product review of it coming to you very soon! YVES SAINT LAURENT
Touche Eclat Blur Primer
Don’t let the gold flecks fool you. You need only a pea size of this primer and your makeup glides on beautifully and smoothly! I’ve only used it once and I love that it hides my pores. I plan on using more of it during the winter when my skin is more dull and dry and I promise I’ll share a full review of it then! If you’re dying to try this primer, get a sample from a Sephora associate. However, don’t be surprised that you’ll go back for a full bottle. [/one_half_last]
Did you get anything from the Sephora Beauty Insider sale?
As a fellow beauty junkie, I’d love to know. If you didn’t shop the sale, I’d still like to know your favorite makeup, skincare and haircare products and brands!

September 17, 2018I love how honest you are about trying everything and then letting us know it is good or not. I love when things feel cool to the touch so I will have to get that Gua Sha facial lighting tool when it comes back in stock! Lol I love how you don’t want to squeeze and mess up the Summer Friday’s bottle ? Oh man now I will have to get the Tatcha Sunscreen too for I hate oily sunscreens so this sounds great!
