While there is nothing I really need, it’s always fun to dream up the ultimate Christmas wishlist. I shared last year’s Christmas wishlist way in advance, but as you can see, I’m way behind this year.
And in my defense, I’ve been busy working, getting ahead on my shopping (which I’m still amazed at, by the way) and trying to find the holiday spirit. Currently, I’m trying to get into the jolly mood by watching classic holiday movies, making homemade potpourri and decorating. Next weekend, my friends and I plan on driving around looking at Christmas lights so I’m hoping it’ll help.
This year, my wishlist is on the high-end of the price range because my focus is quality over quantity. I’m starting to realize my impact so I want to make a change and begin my journey here on SSD. Check it out:
Mockneck Cashmere Sweater
I just purchased a few sweaters from Club Monaco in preparation for cold days in the coming months. I’ve been eyeing Everlane for awhile now and love their minimalist styles. So, I don’t mind if this pretty pale blue sweater showed up under my Christmas tree! I’m a neutral girl through and through these days, but this shade of blue is one of my favorite colors!
Carousel & Candle Set
My favorite candle brand has came out with a fun accessory and I love that this is my kind of toy. I’m pretty sure I could burn this candle and fall asleep watching the carousel spin, haha! But I won’t because safety first, lol! This is proof that this is a ‘want’ not a ‘need’ and to me, that’s okay!
CHANEL earrings
A classic pair of earrings that go with every outfit has been on my wishlist for as long as I can remember. I’d be the kind to wear these with jeans and a tee too so worth the investment? Yep.
Guerlain Rosa Rossa Aqua Allegoria Perfume
I’m a sucker for rose scents and this bottle would be perfect to add to my fragrance collection. Packaging for fragrances is so important to me. If it smells amazing and I know it looks good on my dresser, it’s going on my wishlist.
Rose Quartz Tray
I love marble, but I also love rose quartz just as much. Can you imagine this beautiful tray on a marble coffee table? If you want to nab yourself one, you can get it for 20% off with code: FRIENDS. You’re welcome.
Blush Pink Carry On
I have Jonathan Adler x Tumi chevron luggage set for several years now. But it’s nice to switch things up and go back to “normal” so I love this blush pink carry on. It’ll still stand out in a sea of black in baggage claim and so affordable! This brand never has sales or promo codes because they believe in fair pricing. And it shows. This TSA-approved carry on is under $250 and comes with an ejectable battery so it’s definitely a great deal in my opinion!
Dior Tribales Earrings
I’ve been wanting this pair for years! Pearl earrings are a classic, but I love having unique classics in my closet. I tried this double pearl earring style for the last few years to see if it would be a trend for me or if it would stick as a classic item. Well, it stuck as a classic must-have and now, I want to invest in a pair. I can imagine wearing these with a turtleneck, moto jacket, skinny jeans and some booties.
Burberry Giant Check Cashmere in Stone
I’m not much of a pattern person when it comes to scarves. However, if it’s a classic check print that goes with everything, yes, please! I’ve been eyeing this scarf for a few winters now and I may be ready to pull the trigger next year.
Black Pencil Dress
This is such a beautiful power dress!!! I love the sleek structure and the sharp shoulders. The black leather belt just gives the dress a “tough chic” vibe and I’m totally digging it! My style is edgy with a feminine touch so this dress is calling my name…loud and clear!
Chloe Nile Small Bracelet Crossbody Bag
This has been one of my dream bags for about a year or so now. I can dress it up by wearing it on my arm or dress it down by wearing it crossbody. Considering I want it in beige, it’ll go with every outfit imaginable, including wedding attire. And that is why it’s on my Christmas wishlist. If you’re new around here, I’m all about cost divided by times per wear!
I must reiterate that I’m aware my Christmas wishlist consists of luxury pieces for my closet and home.
It’s my goal to spend less by investing in quality items I love. This goal goes for home decor as well. I want to be thoughtful in my purchases so I don’t buy anything I don’t need or add to landfills with fast fashion.
So, tell me…
