Striped Peplum Top (only available through this link, I linked more fun striped tops in the carousel below) | White Pleated Skirt (old, similar knee-length skirt, similar midi-length skirt) | Heels (old, similar heels) | BaubleBar Earrings (old, similar pearl double stud earrings) | Cable Bracelet (super similar cable bracelet) | Lipstick in Intense Nude layered with this lip treatment on top
And we’re back with part two of this awesome striped peplum top! Last week, I styled this striped peplum top more casually so this week, I wanted to share a more dressed up look with you! I know. You’re probably in shock because I look dressier don’t I? I am too, but hey, it was Easter and I can clean up, ha!
Anyway, I thought I’d share a classic, no-fail spring outfit idea with you today! I decided to pull out this old LC Lauren Conrad skirt from a few years back and pair it with my new top for Easter Sunday and you know what? I don’t regret it one bit! It was a beautiful day outside and I was super comfy! Totally a wardrobe win in my book!
I love fashion for the very reason that you can try something outside of your comfort zone and if you don’t like it, you can change things up. When people ask me what’s my style, I honestly can’t say that I have one. That’s why I like dressing how I feel. My style is dependent on my mood and I like it because it gives me more freedom. Two Sundays ago, stepped back into stripes and pleats because I felt like being a bit more girly. Definitely a no-fail spring look combo, am I right?
What are your no-fail spring outfit ideas?
I’m currently experimenting with my style so be on the lookout for upcoming posts on here and on my Instagram!
