Casual Valentine’s Day Look :: Lace Tee & Skinny Jeans
Happy Valentine’s Day, y’all! For this week’s outfit, I wanted to share a look for Valentine’s or in my case, Galentine’s, that’s not the typical red or pink. I wanted to keep the look casual and a bit feminine so that’s why you get lace and denim!
When I first saw this lace tee, I was smitten. I was so smitten that I bought it in black too. The lace is so delicate and beautiful. I’ll be honest. The top isn’t long, but it isn’t a crop top either. If you raise your arms, it’s a crop top, haha! Actually an awkward length. However, it’s so comfy and lightweight! If you happen to have a taco or pizza baby, this top will hide that so definitely a winner in my book!
If you feel “left out” today, you’re not alone. For the most part, many people are in the same boat as you, guys included. You don’t need a Hallmark holiday to know you are awesome. Take my advice. Consider today a “me” day, go and pamper yourself! You deserve it!
Anyway, what are you guys planning on doing today for Valentine’s/Galentine’s Day? I’m going to a young adults night at my church and then going home to continue my wardrobe purging. Due to a messy apartment, there will be a glass of wine in there somewhere. Because cleaning is involved, a girl’s gotta treat herself, right?
If you’ve read Marie Kondo, yeah, I started that this past weekend. Purging took all day, but I’m happy to report my clothes are done! Next up? Shoes, bags and accessories! Wish me luck!
