Over the last five years, I’ve worked really hard to take better care of my mind, body, and overall health.

As with every health journey, there are ups and there are downs. The down days are especially hard for me since I have a hard time sitting still.

However, I’m learning to embrace being still more. By taking Sabbath Days, I’ve learned to slow down. For example, being intentional and taking baths because I know that is something that forces slows me down for sure.

Foam rolling is one of the OG ways to recover after an intense workout. I can’t imagine how much more a vibrating foam roller would help with sore muscles! I’d say it’s easier to foam roll after a workout than the day after a workout, ha!
