It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary. —Mandy Hale
When you’re on a budget, the idea of creating our own at-home spa kit sounds great, doesn’t it?
With the Sephora Spring sale beginning this weekend, I wanted to share my favorite luxury beauty products you need to add to your at-home spa kit and beauty drawers.
Luxury beauty products don’t need to be expensive.
To me, luxury means ‘feel good’ so the price doesn’t matter as long as the product works, right?

In today’s article, you will find items that are the cost of two Starbucks coffee drinks while some are on the higher end of the price scale. Everything I’m sharing are products I’ve tried and love along with a few new-to-me brands/items I would try because they’re sitting on my wishlist.
Again, I will never share anything I wouldn’t use/love or want to try myself.
LOUNGE NECESSITIES
To get the full spa experience, invest in some comfy loungewear and at-home spa necessities like a robe, hair towel, and soft slippers. Don’t forget to light your favorite candle or put on some lavender or eucalyptus essential oils for the full spa-experience!
SKINCARE TOOLS
My absolute favorite skincare tools! If you want more details, check out my skincare shop page for some quick reviews.
SKINCARE – CLEANSERS
Whether it’s taking a shower/bath or washing your face, finding the right cleanser for your skin type is important. Below are some of my tried and true cleansers!
SKINCARE – EXFOLIATORS
To stretch your skincare money, make sure to use a good exfoliator so your moisturizer absorbs into your skin better.
SKINCARE – MASKING
Nothing feels more luxe and spa-like than masking. Whether it’s a clay mask or a sheet mask, masks just force you to sit still and relax.
SKINCARE – MOISTURIZERS
During workouts, my sweat and body lotion would mix causing me to slip and slide during certain sets. Because of that, I have opted not to moisturize after my showers on days I work out. Now that I’m working out less, I’m going back and trying some new-to-me body moisturizers!
SKINCARE – TANNING
Personally, I don’t do self-tanning at home because…well, I do not trust myself to do a good job. I’m hoping since I have nowhere to go, I can give it a go. We’ll see though!
NAILS PRODUCTS
Despite being Vietnamese, I’m still not good at doing my own nails. Yes, I made an Asian-related joke. I guess now is the best time to learn, right? I’ve been reading how to do at-home manicures and watching video tutorials so I’m bound to improve, right?
If you’ve been around She Sweats Diamonds, you know that I don’t promote sales often. However, when I do, it’s usually sales from Sephora, my favorite beauty retailer.
Speaking of, Sephora’s Spring Savings Event is here!
