Food brings people together on many different levels. It’s nourishment of the soul and body; it’s truly love. ― Giada De Laurentiis
Over the past several months, I’ve found myself consuming more food-related content, especially on social media.
Call me weird, but there’s just something so relaxing about watching food being made.
Whether they’re done using wit and humor, the ASMR trend, calming music in the background, or out in the wild, it’s all so therapeutic to me.
Cooking is an art and I believe it’s also a form of therapy.
And if you’re new here, I love cooking and baking as it’s as equally therapeutic as watching it being done by others. I could be following a recipe or be winging it and I find myself getting lost in the process.
That said, my favorite time of the year is here: the holidays.
And if you’ve been around me during these times, I LOVE to try new recipes for fun.
I get my therapy session through cooking and baking and my friends and family love being the “taste testers” so everyone is happy, ha!
So, if you’re like me, you’re going to enjoy today’s article which is all about food Instagram accounts you should follow if you’re looking for some inspiration in the kitchen.
I hope each of these food Instagram accounts inspires and challenges you in your cooking life. Let’s get to it!
FEEL WELL BY ANNA
Anna Mondanaro is one of my favorite food Instagram accounts to follow!!! She leads a healthy lifestyle and makes delicious foods that will test your preconceived notions.
I must say I’ve been very-much inspired by her these last two years that I’ve even shopped differently at the grocery store.
CLAUDIA HARRINGTON
Claudia Harrington is a fairly new follow and I love seeing the content she shares.
Her recipes are relatable for every day meals!
LADY SOURDOUGH
Jessica Natvig is also a new follow for me. How she quit her job to do what she does now is so inspiring.
I love sourdough everything so she’s one of my favorites food Instagram accounts to follow!
FOODS OF JANE
I’ve been following Jane Hardy for years now and have made several of her recipes such as her bone broth pasta, mac and cheese, and french onion dip. Verdict? She did not disappoint!
If you’re a pasta lover like me, I promise Jane is a great one to follow!
TURKUAZ KITCHEN
I’ve been following Betul Tunc prior to her releasing her cookbook and I just love every video she puts out.
Betul just has a way with the way she creates her food and her video content. I love her content so much that I always check weekly to see if she has a new recipe out.
If you’re looking to try something new or challenge yourself this holiday season, take on a new recipe!
Life is too short not to have enjoy it in every area of your life. And if you’re not much of a cook/baker, that’s okay. Brighten your day by consuming some amazing food Instagram accounts!
