“But behind all your stories is always your mother’s story, because hers is where yours begins.” —Mitch Albom

If there’s anyone who deserves the entire world, it’s our moms. Which is why my 2022 Mother’s Day gift guide is here!

Considering it’s been awhile since I’ve done a gift guide, so I thought I’d share a curated selection of gift ideas for moms, grandmothers, and great grandmothers in your life. Of course, I made sure to keep those who are mother figures in mind too.

I tried to curate gifts that wouldn’t be on everyone’s 2022 Mother’s Day gift guide while hitting various price points. Let’s spoil all of our moms!

One practical Mother’s Day gift is this cool touch gold kettle. My mom doesn’t drink anything cold so if your mom is the same way, this kettle is a great practical gift. It’s cool to the touch, heats up quickly and has great reviews.

She won’t have to put it away because it also looks aesthetically pleasing so she can leave it out on her kitchen counter.

Even though my mom doesn’t consider herself a gardener, I think she is with the amount of plants she’s maintained over the years, ha! This spade scoops quite a bit of dirt so it’ll help her plant plants faster.

I own this one in the white/gold color and it truly is sturdy as it is beautiful. If your loved one is a gardener, why not gift her a boujee gardening spade? It’ll last her many seasons considering how well-made it is!

My mom isn’t a much of a flower person. However, if you have someone who loves them, why not choose the gift of flowers that last for a year for the person who’s taken care of you your entire life? I’ve heard from some influencers that their roses have lasted over a year!

You can customize your eternity arrangement by rose color and the type of vase! The company has recently added candles, room sprays, trunks, stationary, roses with greens, and mixed flowers to their offering.

If my best friend’s mom was still with us, I’d get her their gardenia as that was her favorite flower. Gah, I miss her so much…

If you do order, don’t forget to use this link to get $20 off your first $200 purchase.

I first learned about Caraway several years ago. I love their collection as it offers everything a person needs who isn’t a professional chef (of course). Their signature set has stainless steel handles and also comes with magnetic pan racks for storage and a fabric lid holder.

With all the cooking my mom does, I think she’d love this set of non-stick, non-toxic cookware.

One issue though: what color would I choose?! Heck, I kind of want a set to take it for a test drive myself!

You can shop Caraway on their website or Crate & Barrel.

If your loved one is up on her feet all day or just likes to stay active, these compression socks are it!

Comrad sent me a PR package not too long ago and I shared several pairs with my mom. I had purchased so many compression socks from Amazon for her month prior, but she couldn’t find a brand that worked for her. Every pair she tried were either too tight on her calfs or too big in the feet. Moreover, she’s on her feet all day so she was dealing with pain and swollen feet.

Y’all, my mom loves her compression socks. And let me just say, as a super picky person, if she approves them, you know they’re good!

They’re so good, I’ve also purchased a few more pairs for her too, ha!

Dyson is a must-have brand when it comes to keeping your home clean. If you’re going to splurge on a practical gift for Mother’s Day, get her an air purifier that also cools! And if she lives somewhere where it’s cold more often, get her an air purifier that heats and cools.

I’ve used Dyson’s cordless vacuum for as long as I can remember. And it’s still going strong, so what does that tell you on the quality of their products in general?

For an affordable gift for Mother’s Day, I recommend this minimal jewelry box with a glass top. This jewelry box is very well-made and a great gift for storing her MOST treasured pieces. I own several of the smaller size.

I like this glass top as it gives it more of a luxe feel. It also lets her display her beautiful collection and serves as a reminder to wear her favorite pieces.

Even though she doesn’t wear it often, my mom loves jewelry. I’d love to get her a pair of earrings, but she’s extremely particular. My gift would have to be a shopping trip to get her some nice jewelry so no surprise factor for her there, ha!

Whether you go for classic diamond studs or rose-shaped earrings, new jewelry pieces are a fun gift especially if she prefers having a curated collection.

A face cleanser that feels like a spa? Yes, please. I personally use this facial cleansing balm and y’all, it melts off my makeup. Granted, I don’t wear foundation often, but I can vouch that my eyeliner slides off!

I think it’s also a great clean beauty skincare brand so you can buy this solo or add it to a spa basket. Just add eye masks, a boujee candle, bath salts, and bath robe and you’re all set.

Trust me, when I say this amazing face cleansing balm is a gift she’ll want on repeat!

A hair dryer that doubles as a curling iron? All she would need is this one hair styling tool and hair oil in her bathroom cabinets and she’s all set!

I own this blow-dryer brush and it really does work. The key is to let your hair air dry first. Then you can use it while it’s still damp and holy hair volume, Batman!

This gift will be the one that keeps on giving!

This brass and marble tier server is definitely a multi-purpose Mother’s Day gift. She can use it should she be hosting a get together or put it in her kitchen counter to store her coffee/tea mugs.

She can also put it on her vanity/bathroom counter and display her favorite fragrances.

It’s certainly eye-catching as it is well-made based on what I’ve heard about it so far!

The best pick of my 2022 Mother’s Day Gift Guide? A monthly vitamin subscription delivered straight to her home. The gift of wellness is quite possibly the best gift you can give your loved ones.

I got my mom a box last month to test out before putting this gift guide together. Verdict? She LOVES it! Her vitamins are individually wrapped so she doesn’t have to open a dozen bottles. All she needs to take is one packet one time a day and she’s done! I cannot emphasis how much of a game-changer this is especially considering how busy she is. No more forgetting to take her vitamins. Just grab and go!

You should’ve seen her reaction. “Really? One time a day? Thank God! Good!”

She takes her vitamins along with liquid collagen to support her hair, skin, and nails, and improve joint mobility.

Note: the fish oil is packaged separately to keep in mind those with allergies.

You can get $10 off your first purchase (discount is embedded in the link). If you want to save more money, you can also participate in the FREE referral program.

While creating this Mother’s Day Gift Guide, I also thought about what my own mom would like as she likes practical gifts. It’s important to me to give her things that makes her daily routines easier so I hope my picks help you narrow down what to get for your loved one(s)!

Let me know if you think this 2022 Mother’s Day gift guide has been helpful!

No matter what you gift or do for your moms, let’s make them feel special!

Oh, and if she loves to receive cards, I personally love giving Lovepop pop-up cards (I wrote about them here) as they are so fun and unique!
