Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field. ― Denis Waitley

Let me preface by saying that I do not have it all together by any means. I consider myself a life-long learner and student of life.

And if I were going to give myself a title, I’d be a lifestyle entrepreneur-in-training.

Let me ask you a question: what is life if we’re not living it to the fullest? Answer: Not much because it’d be meaningless, empty, and unfulfilling.

How do we live life to the fullest?

By being open to learning, growing, and evolving in whatever situation life puts us in.

Or whatever situation we want to experience intentionally…

Ask yourself, “Is there something I learned today that I didn’t know about yesterday?”

If the answer is yes, be happy because you’ve grown just a bit more! #CompoundEffect

And if you’re anything like me, you’re going to love today’s article which is all about personal growth accounts you should follow on Instagram.

10 Best Personal Growth Accounts to Follow - She Sweats Diamonds - Huong Vo - white spray roses 2

With a range of various topics, you can choose to learn more about anything!

I hope each of these personal growth Instagram accounts adds a ton of value to your life. Let’s dive in!

Dr. LePera is quite possibly the best account I’ve found to date regarding personal growth through healing. She teaches about trauma, how to heal from it, and much more.

If you’re interested, check out her new book, How to Be the Love You Seek.

After reading The Mountain is You, I knew I had to follow Brianna.

Being the best version of ourselves requires getting out of our own way not only for ourselves but for others. How else can we be there for others if we’re (near) empty?

I discovered Case last year and loved his content so much, I had to follow. His posts aren’t only about getting to know yourself, but about why people are the way they are. His content is fantastic as it has an emotional intelligence foundation. If you have some EQ training, you’ll spot it right away!

I’ve yet to read his book, That’s Bold of You, but it’s definitely on my list for sure!

I also discovered Patrick last year and whew! The content he puts out is fire. Everything from business to how he raises his children and other various topics, he makes me want to work hard on my personal growth!

Trust me, don’t be that person who thinks they already know everything. Patrick will show you that you don’t.

I met Emily years ago through my good friend, Jordan Kemper. Since then, I’ve watched her from afar grow into a phenomenal woman, leader, and sister in Christ.

If you need a woman role model to be your personal growth mentor, she is the one to follow! I can promise you that!

Brendan Schmidt, founder of Masculine Revival teaches about masculine and feminine dynamics. However, he mostly focuses on masculine dynamics. His content is mainly about what men need (to do) to become who they need to be to contribute to a healthy society, and have strong marriages, and relationships.

From what I’ve read so far, his posts always result in good conversations between strangers on the internet.

Even better?

The Masculine Revival podcast he and his co-founder, Mike Pantile, hosts is fantastic! I’ve binged nearly every episode so far, it’s that good!

Founder, Mark Grove, does a great job educating us on the patterns we put ourselves in so we’re aware of how to break out of them to live a life of freedom.

Just read a few of his posts and you’ll understand exactly why I follow him.

Alex teaches about mindfulness. What I love about her content is that she’s always giving me something to think about for my personal growth journey.

Most of the time, I walk away thinking, “You need to forgive yourself more than you think. And it’s a daily action you have to do.” What does that say about her content? Good, right?

Craig Cooney teaches how to navigate transitions by using prophetic wisdom.

We’re always transitioning in life and if you’re a Christian/believer in Jesus Christ, give Craig a follow! You won’t regret it!

I came across Vinh a few months ago and just recently started following him. Vinh grew up in a stereotypical Asian family with stereotypical expectations: to have a respectable career.

However, along with his parents’ support, he broke free from that mold that was expected of him and became a magician (crazy opposite of a lawyer, right?!) and is now a communications skills coach and professional speaker.

As someone who graduated with a degree in communication studies, Vinh’s content is extremely valuable. You will never not learn something from him when visiting his account!

If you’re lacking in any area of your life, it may mean that your personal growth has slowed down or is even at a standstill.

The answer to fulfillment is to constantly be in a state of growth by learning.

I love learning. Whether it’s in the form of reading books, listening to podcasts, or watching documentaries or speakers at conferences, I’m all about personal growth.

And personal growth is just that: personal. Learn what you want, but remember: always stay in constant learning mode!

Which personal growth account(s) will you be following to improve your self-development journey?
